FOUNDATION STONE CEREMONY

The foundation stone ceremony of the New San Mamés (Barria) will be held on Wednesday, 6 May, at 12:00 hours. This will take place in a tent installed on the grounds that will lodge the new stadium and will consist of a human chain formed between the current San Mamés and the new site.

The media will be given access to the precinct at 11:30 hours where they will have audio and video connections in order to record the event. Also, a space will be reserved for interviews following the ceremony.
As we can see in that video, this is a summary of the ceremony and we can see speaking by the welcome address which was at that time the president of the Athletic (Fernando García Macua).

Gaizka Toquero Pinedo (Vitoria, Alava, August 9, 1984), known as Toquero, is a Spanish footballer who occupies the demarcation of second striker.

Currently plays for the first team Athletic Club of First Division of Spain wearing the race number "2".
The Athletic Club is set on it in 2008. As it enters the plans Joaquin Caparros is transferred to "SD Eibar" gunsmith thanks to new coach, Carlos Pouso, which trained him in Sestao, but recovered in the winter by the Athletic Club.  
On March 4, 2009 scored the final against "Sevilla FC" (3-0) to qualify for the Athletic, 24 years later, the final of the "Copa del Rey". He scored his first goal on April 21, 2009, against "Club Deportivo Numancia de Soria". He made it 1-1 in a match that would end 1-2.

Its dorsal, rare in the front, is number 2. This is because when he rejoined Athletic Club in the winter of the 2008-09 season, was the only available back in the first team of Athletic. Later he could change it, but because its tremendous breakthrough in the Athletic starred with the dorsal, decided to keep it.

On May 13, 2009 marked the only goal of the Athletic Club in the final of the "Copa del Rey" in 2009, in which his team was defeated by 1-4 against "FC Barcelona".

He scored the first goal in the league Athletic Club 2009-10, getting the three points of the team against "RCD Espanyol". He also scored against Sporting Gijon, FC Barcelona and Tenerife. Against Valladolid achieving their first double in the first division.

Because of all that reasons he is one of the most committed players at club.
